Our award-winning design team provides in-store and in-home consulting services. We are unique as we consider multiple items when selecting window treatments. We discuss privacy needs, overall light control, and design. Our clients tell us that other window treatment companies look to come into their homes and cover up the clients' windows with whatever will make the sale close quickly. We go beyond just covering a window, we’ll help you coordinate fabrics, colors, and texture, and suggest designer touches that make all the difference. We are also one of the few firms that can go beyond a window treatment discussion and help with wall color selection, carpeting, flooring, and furnishings -- all elements that help determine which window treatments are best for your home.

How To Get Started

  1. Take out your cell phone and shoot the room from different angles. It will help us see the size and shape of your windows and any architectural challenges.
  2. If you’re considering window treatments, for estimating purposes, we’ll need to know the approximate window dimensions, number of windows. (Click here to see how to take a rough room measure)
  3. Make an appointment

Free Installation

Our clients receive free, professional installation on all our custom window treatments. We take care of ensuring what you purchase is installed to your satisfaction. By us installing your new window treatments, we take one more "thing" off your to-do list and allow you to focus on the things you need/want to do.

After Sales Support

Typically our clients don't call us about service after the sale, but if they do, we are there for them. What occurs after new window treatments are installed is typically requests for additional assistance with a client's design needs. This may be enhancing an existing window treatment (with a valance for example) or a color consultation (when a client is looking to redecorate a room) or possibly help with selecting new furnishings. At Webster Interiors... we can do almost anything related to home interiors or home interior design.... but rest assured if you need assistance with an issue regarding your window treatments... we will ensure we take care of you.

Warranty Info

Our warranty typically follows the HunterDouglas limited lifetime warranty listed: www.Hunterdouglas.com/warranty but we also do our best to go beyond "corporate" warranties and help assist with issues that may not be covered with our suppliers. In the end, we do our best to ensure our clients are happy.
